JKTM-12 (composed of the flowers, roots, seeds, and receptacles of Nelumbo nucifera) inhibited tyrosinase activity in B16F10 melanoma cells in vitro[1]
Nelumbo nucifera leaf flavonoids showed high inhibitory activity against porcine pancreatic lipase, α-amylase, and α-glucosidase in vitro[2]
Methanol extract of N. nucifera exhibited a dose-dependent porcine pancreatic lipase inhibitory effect in vitro[3]
Both methanol and successive water extracts of N. nucifera at 10 μg/mL showed significant stimulatory activity towards 5-HT2c receptor[3]
